How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in the 'Orders' section of your profile.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide for all orders.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it directly from your dashboard. After that, please contact support immediately.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We have a strict quality check, but if this happens, please send us a photo within 24 hours and we will send a replacement immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on Pakistan, but we accept international bulk orders. Please contact us for a quote.
